Gosh have I been excited all day! This is hopefully a good sign, because it’s the first time in the house buying process I’m behaving like that. The other times I guess the starting price for the houses was already so high that I didn’t have much hope.

The real estate agent called before and we seem to be 3 parties bidding, of which one already wants to sleep over it. So I guess he won’t go too far. Makes us two. This gives me hope! Must be all your thumb squeezing and finger, leg and toe crossing! Thank you guys, you are the best!  But please don’t stop yet, ok! The agent calls again tomorrow when the sleeping over it guy has said his.

In the meantime we are already moving walls, installing fireplaces and so on. “Selling the skin before the bear is shot” as Jörgen mentioned, but one can dream….

So now I’ll go watch some old episode of 7 th Heaven to distract myself. Have a good night you all!
