Lost in Sweden

In my kitchen section in the right sidebar you find recipes for food I love and make often and that therefore get modified and refined over time. Cooking is one of my hobbies and my mans influence turned me from a strict ’recipe cook’ into a more spontanous and adventuresome cook that modifies recipes a lot.  I also have to admit that I’m watching all kinds of cooking programs on TV quite frequently and love to browse through cookbooks and the internet for new inspirations. I will be adding onto the collection all the time thereby creating kind of a wild mix of my favourite dishes ranging from German family recipes over dishes I discovered during my extensive stays abroad to my mans childhood favourites from Sweden that we enjoy together nowadays. Overall I like to keep it simple and easy!
